Tana Mongeau apologizes to Khloe Kardashian for mentioning True in a tweet about Tristan Thompson
Tana Mongeau apologized for adding the three-year-old's name True to a "joke" tweet about Tristan Thompson who showed up at her Father's Day birthday party.
Tana Mongeau, 23, is taking responsibility for a tweet she posted referring to Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson, daughter of Vero, 3, in the latest episode of her podcast, Canceled with Tana Mongeau. The influencer apologized to Keeping Up with the Kardashians star for the post, which seemed to call into question the 30-year-old NBA player for showing up at his Father's Day birthday party, and admitted that " she should have been involved ”in the ex-couple's drama.
“I will apologize for [mentioning True Thompson]. I was just trying to make a joke. It was more like Father's Day than anything else,” she said in the first episode of the podcast, titled “Beefing with the Kardashians”.
“In hindsight, I shouldn't have involved myself, and Khloe, I'd like to take some time on this Canceled podcast to apologize to you,” she continued. “I think you are an amazing, powerful and strong woman who has been through a lot. Khloé, I'm sorry. Tristan, I'm sorry ”.
Tana's tweet, which she posted in June, read, “All I know about tweeting about my birthday party last night is that Tristan Thompson was one of the first attendees. How small where it is true. "
